The house consists of four apartments spread over as many floors.

The spaces of the apartments and their accesses have been redesigned and optimized. On the south-east side, large terraces have been built to enjoy the magnificent lake view, while the small apartment on the ground floor has been extended with a relaxing winter garden.

A large heated outdoor pool and four underground parking lots have also been added.

The design and the work were carried out in compliance with the pre-existing context, harmoniously integrating the various constructions in the natural setting.
